Content captured through the Services (e.g., creator posts) remains the intellectual property of the original creators. It is your responsibility to obtain proper usage rights before using any creator content for commercial purposes.
7. Subscription and Billing
Certain features of the Services may require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
